The fine print
Please note that the credit card used to make the booking needs to be shown upon check-in and the name of the lead guest needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. Failure in providing the correct credit card upon arrival may result in guests having to pay with an alternative credit card at the hotel directly. Please note that debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that early check in can never be guaranteed and is always subject to availability upon arrival. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A maximum vehicle height of 180 cm is allowed and it costs EUR 50 per day. If breakfast is included in the room rate, then one child under 11 can stay free of charge in the room. Breakfast is ½ price for children under 12 years old. Please note that Family Quadruple and Standard rooms are only accessible by stairs. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of Eur €25 per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Great location, very clean spacious room, spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Supermarket close by and lots of good eating places.
