It was a very well presented hotel; our room was lovely and spacious. Exactly what you need after a long day of sightseeing. We had a minor issue with our toilet constantly flushing and the staff dealt with it literally seconds after we reported it to them - didn’t have an issue afterwards. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. There were new staff being trained on our arrival and they were polite and helpful. Bless them, they even apologised for it being their first day. A huge shout out the the hospitality team! Thanks!

We arrived at 1030 and our room was just ready for us. We were delighted as we had been on the go since 3am . We were given a room at the back which was lovely and quiet and we were able to keep our windows open as it was warm.
