Good morning, I'm Martina. I stayed at your property for two nights. First of all, I would like to highlight some positive aspects: the room was very welcoming, spacious and clean. The location of the accommodation is also quite central and convenient for reaching the city centre. However, I must point out several critical issues that unfortunately compromised the quality of the stay. First of all, I had been confirmed that check-in would be possible by 9 pm. Contrary to what had been agreed, at 8 pm I was contacted and invited to collect the keys at another property. This sudden change caused confusion and unexpected inconvenience. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us and there was no clear indication as to which was the correct entrance. Once we had identified the door, we encountered further difficulties: the keys did not work properly and it took us a long time to open the entrance door, also because it was not at all clear which was the correct lock. I managed to get in touch by phone with the lady in charge, who initially seemed available and had assured me that she would be available for the duration of the stay. After providing some initial information, however, she no longer answered my calls or messages, leaving us without any support. Once we passed the entrance door, we had to climb two steep flights of stairs, at the end of which we found ourselves in front of five doors, with no indication as to which room was ours. In this case too, we had problems with the keys, which did not seem to work on any of the doors. Everything happened completely autonomously and without any assistance, making the experience frustrating and unsafe. I believe that greater clarity in communications, the actual availability of the staff and the organization of the check-in are fundamental elements to guarantee a peaceful stay, especially for those arriving from outside and relying on the information received.

Great location. Staff were accommodating / helpful / friendly. Easy check-in and out. Lots of natural light and spacious. Felt very comfortable.

Nice room with comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment, huge windows, quiet part of city but not far from city center. Bathroom is next to room but for us it was not problem. We will for sure come back.
