The photos are fully correspond to the description and the reality is even better! The area is fantastic - 1 metro stop from the busy city centre and it is nice and quiet with a river and ducks)) Complementary bikes available to get a real local experience. And of course Ruud and Annemarie are the best hosts ever ❤️ will definitely come again.

This was a cute and comfortable place in a lovely part of Amsterdam . So nice to be in a historic building with character. Our hosts were kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Ruud one of the best host I've ever met in my life! Very warm and caring welcome. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location in a cozy and quiet area near the center is a big plus. I would gladly stay at Ruud's house again.

The property is in a very beautiful street, full of trees and a little lake. Is far enough from the craziness of the center, but still close enough to metro stops to be able to be there in a short time. The owner is amazing. It was raining so he went to pick me up to the metro stop and he was always making sure that everything is good! He also borrowed me one of his bike. Truly recommend it
