The staff, from the excellent, friendly and helpful reception team to the brilliant concierge staff (who were particularly helpful to us throughout our stay). All were a credit to the Hotel and set the standard for how to treat their guests. The breakfast was great; everything from fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, hot food selection and eggs/omelettes cooked to your liking, tea/coffee/juices etc. Couldn't fault it. We found the hotel was ideally placed to explore the City.

The location was excellent. We walked out of the central station and were at the hotel in 5 minutes. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to get connecting rooms for our family.

The staff were so helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly too. I also loved the interior design of the place.

We had a fantastic stay at the De Witt Kimpton. The room was very well appointed with a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We loved the social hour, an excellent idea. Perfect location, great staff we will return.
