The room was fabulous, and the bed was so comfortable. The house the room is in is lovely, and the location is brilliant. Very happy with our stay, it was perfect.

Location was perfect, very close to everything we wanted to see. The building itself was very beautiful and clean. Room was very clean, there were snacks, coffee and wine available. Rosanne was very helpful and had very good suggestions for bars, restaurants etc. The stairs were not so bad unless you have a knee problem. Rosanne kept our bags after check out without any extra charge.

The location was great. It was south of the main tourist area but only by a few minutes walk along the canals and about 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. We were greeted by the host (Rosanne) who was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very clean with multiple fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, fresh water, beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and Stroopwafel. It was on a high floor which meant any ambient noise was minimal and overlooked a lovely garden. In the morning the sun shone in and we enjoyed a lovely coffee in bed before we got on with the day. The room is situated on a high floor with only stairs which we didn't mind as it only added to our step count for the day. We were well aware of the stairs (no lift) before booking as well as being told after confirmation. This did not bother us but if that isn't for you then book something else, don't moan about it afterwards! The property is a top floor on a private residence and accessed with a code and multiple locked doors. We were able to check out and leave our bags until later in the day.
