Check in at the downstairs bar was easy, the guy was friendly and helpful and he held our backs so we could explore before check in. Room was a good size and comfy beds. The location is fantastic, so close to everything including the train station which is about 12mins walking. Our room didn't have a bathroom but the shared shower and toilet on our floor were clean and not busy.
