The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was okay.. public transport was in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is pretty basic but allows 24hr keyless entry and is located close to a train and tram station for easy movement. A supermarket is also located very close to the hotel and many restaurants and bars are in close vicinity.

The location was great. The staff on reception were really helpful with giving tourist information. Very helpful when we asked for an extra quilt and towels.
