The location can't be beat. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite. The bed, pillows, sheets and comforter were comfy, better than expected. The shower water was hot and the water pressure was good. The cat is cute. Overall the things this hotel did well exceeded expectations. I also didn't notice this about the hotel when I booked but visitors are forbidden which I imagine helps keep the place safe, and quiet.

Considering this is a two-star hotel, it was actually good for what it is. The room and the bathroom were small, but I had hot water, clean towels, and the heating worked well, so I never felt cold. There was shampoo, soap, and toilet paper, and I never had any issues with cleanliness — personally, I didn't feel uncomfortable, and the room was clean. The location was amazing: very central and within walking distance to almost everywhere, which made a huge difference for me. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. They made me feel very welcome. There was also a cat, which I absolutely loved. As a solo traveler, the hotel was more than sufficient for my needs. The fridge worked very well, and although I didn’t use the TV, I appreciated that I could easily get a hair dryer from reception as mentioned in the reviews. They gave it to me without any problem. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
