Check in with Andre, he was very friendly, informative and helpful. The proximity to the Van Gogh museum

The hotel is lovely but what made it special was the receptionist Andre. He helped us find a good restaurant for dinner that night and gave clear directions as to where we wanted to go. With out his cheerful smile and sense of humor this would be just another hotel.

Hotel is located very close to the museums. Trams into city centre are located close by. Staff were professional and polite. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
