When booking for more than 10 guests or 5 rooms, and bookings for more then 14 days a prepayment of 25% of the total amount is required on the day of booking. Sincerely speaking, in all my years of travelling the world — from the UK to France, Iceland, and beyond — I have never experienced the level of warmth, kindness, and genuine care that we received at Hotel Atlantis, thanks to the incredible custodians Francisco and Ahmed. From the moment we arrived, both gentlemen made us feel truly welcome. They were not only friendly and professional, but they went above and beyond in ways that were entirely unexpected. Whether it was offering help before we even asked, checking in to see how we were doing, or just sharing a warm smile and thoughtful conversation, Francisco and Ahmed created an atmosphere that felt more like staying with good friends than at a hotel. Their natural kindness and dedication are truly rare to find. Hotel Atlantis, you’ve absolutely struck gold with these two — thank you for employing such outstanding individuals who clearly love what they do. Friendly helpful staff with a welcoming reception area. Fresh breakfast every day many options also grateful for public transport in a quiet little area of Amsterdam.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Without problem we could leave our luggage at the hotel both on the day of arrival and departure. Breakfast was tasty, and with a good variety.
