When booking for more than 10 guests or 5 rooms, and bookings for more then 14 days a prepayment of 25% of the total amount is required on the day of booking. The staff were very polite and helpful.The breakfast was good, offering both hot and cold options. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available at the reception 24/7, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, with tram number 4 stopping nearby and providing easy access to the city center. The neighborhood itself is quiet and enjoyable, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

The staff is young, friendly and responsible. They are trying best to serve and help. You can enjoy the free drinks at lobby. The location is very convenient and you can walk to the Albert Cuyp market and Museum area. There are many superstores around and the Turkish roasted beef/chicken roll around the corner is not expensive but extremely delicious!

We liked the quick check-in. It was really pleasant that the room was prepared earlier. Free drinks at the lobby is a beautiful and welcoming gesture to spend some time at a small reception area. The beds were quite comfortable.
