The staff are wonderful, friendly, smiling and helpful. The cooked breakfast is nice but a little expensive at €17. The location is excellent, close to museums shops and restaurants, although a little far to walk from Central Station. But #2 tram passes close by and goes there.

The hotel was charming and, in spite of a very tiny room, I was very comfortable. I think it would have been difficult for two people to stay in the room I had. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful and I loved the little dining room with a coffee and hot chocolate machine and pastries in the morning. The back garden area was nice and the neighborhood was excellent, right next to Vondel Park and an easy walk to the museum district.
