The same credit card used at the time of booking needs to be presented upon check-in.Please note that parking is only possible until check-out which is 11:00 and a deposit of 50 EUR in cash for the parking card is required. Parking costs EUR 40 per day and has to be requested in advance.Please note that baby cots are only available on request.Extra beds can only be placed in the Family Room, certain Deluxe Rooms and certain Large Penthouse Suites. Check in was very easy reception staff were lovely and welcoming. We had booked 2 rooms as there was 6 of us. Building was very secure. We stayed as we went to a concert at the ziggo dome and was staying for Kings day. Location was out of the centre but it worked well for us as it was easy to get a taxi to the concert then on Kings day we had a nice walk into the centre. Rooms were very clean and very modern. Very large rooms with plenty of space. 3 girls in each room and we all had plenty of room. Dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobes, coffee machine provided. Mini fridge provided. Bathroom was lovely and spacious. Very nice shower. Hair dryer in the bathroom plus toiletries provided. We borrowed an iron from reception. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Amsterdam. Would definitely stay again. Very easy to get in and out of the city on the trams but be aware they don't run into the city on Kings day.

Amazing size of the room. I had a junior suit that definitely was worth the money. I booked on low season Sunday but I was surprised but the size of the room The floor needs a change! Your feets stick a bit but I brought my own carpet and so it was fine.
