I’ve stayed at this hotel around eight times, and overall, it offers a pleasant experience, mainly due to its beautiful location with a stunning sea view. The rooms are generally clean, although I’ve occasionally encountered small issues such as an empty tissue box or a missing TV remote control. When I called the reception about this, the gentleman on duty mentioned he couldn’t bring it up since he was alone, so I had to go down to collect it myself — not ideal for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast offers a great variety of choices, which I really appreciate. However, the serving staff could be more attentive — during one visit, we sat for over an hour, and no one came to clear the used dishes, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The reception staff vary in professionalism. Sukeina stands out as truly amazing — always smiling, welcoming me back by name, and providing efficient, friendly service that makes check-in a pleasure. She really enhances the guest experience.

Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Other nice restaurants in the immediate area. Short walk to the tram stop with frequent fast service to the city centre. Nice views (at least for the time being - until they build on the other islands still being reclaimed). Quiet location.

Hotel is just wow , fabulous roof top bar and lovely restuarant located on the marina with lots of restuarants and cofeee shops. Close to tram, 20 mins straight into centre of Amsterdam

Convenient location for the wedding we attended nearby, nice room, loved the decor! Breakfast offered a lot of variety and was very tasteful.
