Please note that Budget Dam Hotel's reception is located on the first floor of 32 Damrak Street, in the building next to the hotel. This building offers 24/7 reception.Please note there is no elevator available and the reception is located on the first floor.Hotel will do pre-authorization for first night room rates to guarantee the reservation, this amount will unblock around 15 bank working days automatically.Please note that guests are requested to bring the credit card that was made to make the booking. If this is not possible, guests are required to bring a copy of the credit card with approval and a photo copy of the credit card holder ID card or passport.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is the best. The twin is good for one person... The second will be tight. Things are clean and acceptable. No amenities. Only soap and towels and hair dryer. No cabinets only hangers.

The room was nice. Being in a room the front of the hotel was a bit noisy from the outside street activities.

There's no better location than this one. You can't be in a better spot. The room itself was quite decent, and it had everything you need for a quick stay (a day or two). The bed was comfy and the window views are exceptional. I could see the main street straight from the bed! :)
