-Dormitories: Maximum stay of 7 days within a 28-day period.
-Private Rooms: Maximum stay of 14 days within a 28-day period. Age Restrictions:
-Under 18s: Must be accompanied by an adult (18 ).
-Children Under 16: Must book a whole dorm or private room.
-Ages 16-17: Can book a dorm but must be accompanied by an adult (18 ). Group Bookings:
-Groups Larger than 8: Not accepted. Room Allocation:
-For dormitory bookings, we try our best to keep groups together but can’t guarantee it. To ensure you stay together, consider booking a private room or the entire dorm. Cancellation Policies: - Free Cancellation Rate:
-Full flexibility up to 7 days before arrival.
-Credit cards will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
-Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the stay’s value. Non-Refundable Rate:
-No changes or cancellations.
-Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments:
-We’re a cashless hostel. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. City Tax: - Amsterdam: City tax is not included in the room rate and will be added to your balance. From 1 January 2024, the city tax is 12.5%. Smoking and Drugs: - No smoking anywhere in the buildings – a €250 fine applies. -Drug use is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quite good location. Really good lounge area with lots of seating and lighting. Nice vibe. Good, clean kitchen area with 2 big fridges and all you need for cooking, very impressed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff were helpful.

The room I stayed in was a little different from the room in the picture. Frankly, the beds in the room could have been better. The location and facilities were good. The cleanliness was good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loads of facilities to cook and sit and chill. Everyone seemed really friendly and chilled out. Immaculate private bathroom.
