The stuff is very responsive and helpful, plus you have a free luggage storage before check in/after check out.

The location was great and staff were lovely and helpful to deal with. There is also a shared kitchen/seating area and washing machine and dryer to use. The toilets were clean.

The staff is kind, it's close enough to the city centre. My room was tidy and clean, the hairdryer wasn't working well but the bathroom was otherwise ok. Common space is nice if you want to work, have dinner or meet new people. I think it's a bit pricey but honestly everything in Amsterdam is, so I suppose you can't find a better option for less.
