From the moment we walked through the door, we genuinely felt welcomed and valued — the team at CitizenM were warm, upbeat, and proactively helpful in a way that instantly put us at ease. Yes, it’s a compact hotel, but honestly, every amenity you could want for a comfortable stay is there… plus a few clever touches you’d normally expect from somewhere much pricier. The room was cosy and brilliantly designed, and controlling everything from the iPad felt super smart and intuitive. The bed? Absolutely outstanding — one of those rare hotel beds where you melt into it and don’t wake up wondering which vertebrae you’ve wronged. Slept like a dream. All in all, incredible value for the experience. Would happily stay again in a heartbeat.
