Amazing place to stay in Amsterdam - highly recommended. I stayed here with my family of 4, which included 2 kids. The view is incredible, and all of us could have sat there all day watching it. In the mornings, we walked to the grocery store 3 min walk and got fresh croissants and baked goods. It's a quieter pocket of the city, so there was no noise and we slept great. The stairs didn't bother us, our kids loved the challenge. The host was also very responsive to any questions or anything we needed. Would 100% come back. As long as you're physically able to climb the staircase, I say book it! You won't regret it
