There is no breakfast. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. The room was quiet and conveniently located behiond securely locked doors.

We liked Patricks Place a lot! The room was nice and the shared toilet always clean and absolutely sufficient. We liked most, that Patrick answered all our questions about Amsterdam and where to go/what to visit with great patience and he offered very nice options. Thank you, Patrick, for the opporunity to stay at your place!
