We really loved the location; so close to the busy central area, yet on a very quiet, residential canal. The room is in an historic canal house and looked right onto the Herengracht Canal. David made us feel so welcome on our arrival and the arrangements made that morning for meeting at the property (made on Whatsapp) were kept to and he was there before us. He not only explained the facilities in the room, but told us a bit of history and recommended a few places to eat or have a drink. He was very friendly.

Lovely little apartment right on the canal side and within easy walking distance of the main train station. Plenty of space for the three nights we stayed there. It has a little fridge which was useful for keeping drinks and bits for breakfast. It had a hairdryer and plenty of plug sockets. Its a really beautiful old building. Although it doesnt have a canal view (which the owner is very clear about), it didnt need it. The owner and his cleaner were very helpful and communication with them was excellent. He even let us check out later which was very helpful as our flight was an early evening one. Fantastic stay and would definitely reccomend.

David was very welcoming and accommodated our early check in. The room is cozy and clean, there’s everything you need. The location is great. The only downside is the noise. One can hear everything that’s going on in the street as if it were happening in the room, but you get warned about it at the time of booking.
