Location was perfect. Central and easy to walk almost everywhere from here. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Everything was very clean. Availability of bottled water, still and sparkling, and carafes in lobby to take to your room. Breakfast was good.

Small, basic hotel in a very good location, tucked away behind lively Dam Square. Within walking distance of the central train station and many places of interest, but not particularly noisy given where it is. Beds were comfy and we slept well. It was nice to be able to open the window and get some fresh air rather than the obligatory air conditioning that you seem to get in most modern hotels these days. Breakfast was okay - not a massive choice and no hot options, but enough to keep us going.
