The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful—not only with issues related to the room but also with other questions we had. The location is convenient: about a 12-minute walk from the metro station, which made it easy to get around. There are also several shops and places to eat near the metro. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay! The room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, which was especially useful since we were traveling with a small child—something many hotels don’t offer anymore. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room. Within 1 week we had every day changed towels, new coffee tablets, some small cleaning to stay every day comfortable.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the peaceful surroundings and the cozy interior.
