Spotlessly clean, perfectly comfortable, sunny courtyard. Exceptional host, warm friendly and welcoming. Lots of lovely treats supplied. Water, juice, wine and beer in the fridge. Snacks in the draw and a fruit bowl on the countertop. "Just to start us off" I highly recommend this delightful apartment with its superb host.

Andreas was a welcoming, friendly, fabulous host. The apartment is spacious spotless and in a great position. We loved exploring the Plantage area. Andreas had left fruit, wine, water, soft drinks and snacks for us and offered to drive us to see Zanse Schans and Vollendam which we accepted and really enjoyed. He even drove us to our train when we left. The best air BnB we have stayed in.

Dear Andreas, Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. I arrived around midnight and you welcomed me with such warmth – it meant a lot. I really appreciated the tea, the snacks, the fresh fruit, and your beautiful, spotless apartment in a quiet location. What truly stood out was your kindness in driving me to the station at 7am for my early flight – completely unprompted. That’s something I’ll never forget. You’re an exceptional host. The location of the apartment is really exceptional, close to the centre, but completely quiet and peaceful. That is difficult to find in Amsterdam so it is a huge advantage in this respect. We found the apartment is finished to a very high standard and everything is of very good quality. The bed is very comfortable, shower is great and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed (and also with wine, beer, soft drinks, snacks and fruit). I can only highly recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to Amsterdam. The access is very good, only a few steps, so also suitable for older people to access without any issue. But finally, the host! Andreas treated us like VIPs!! He was so friendly and helpful and we had some very nice conversations. We look forward to coming again! Thank you Andreas!
