The fine print
Please note that the credit card used to make the booking needs to be shown upon check-in and the name of the lead guest needs to be the same as the name on the credit card. Failure in providing the correct credit card upon arrival may result in guests having to pay with an alternative credit card at the hotel directly. Please note that debit and credit cards will be authorised at check-in for the total amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorisation will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Please note that early check in can never be guaranteed and is always subject to availability upon arrival. A maximum vehicle height of 180 cm is allowed and it costs EUR 50 per day. If breakfast is included in the room rate, then one child under 11 can stay free of charge in the room. Breakfast is ½ price for children under 12 years old. When booking [9] rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The apartments are on various floors, all of which are not served by an elevator. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval, with a maximum weight of 25kg. Limited availability. A charge of 50 € per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I had an amazing stay here. Everything was perfect, from the effortless check-in and check-out process to the outstanding service throughout. The staff were truly the best: extremely nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and felt genuinely cared for during my stay. I would return to the Krasnapolsky Hotel without hesitation next time I'm in Amsterdam.
