The credit card will be checked upon arrival.Please note that the apartment will not be cleaned daily. When staying 7 days or longer, the apartment is cleaned once a week.Linens are also changed once a week. Towels are changed after 3 days.Guests will receive 1 welcome package upon arrival. This includes a dishcloth, dish towel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper. Please note that this will only be provided once.Please note that breakfast is available upon request for a surcharge. This can be arranged upon check-in.Please notify the property in advance if you wish to bring children.Please note that drug usage and noise disturbances are not allowed and may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.The deposit may vary per room type. Modern, clean 2 bed apartment with kitchen and ensuite bathrooms for each room. Close to train and tram. One stop from Centraal Amsterdam. Excellent 24/7 reception. Bar, pool table, outdoor seating, buffet breakfast available on ground floor.

It seemed like home away from home. All facilities were provided and could cook easily homemade meals for my son who's on restricted diet. Could access great connectivity by train, tram and bus. Supermarket also very near. Excellent paid laundry service provided by the hotel. And above all staff was extremely helpful with all queries.
