It was an overnight stay to catch a flight from Amritsar airport. Every thing was just perfect. I have stayed here before a couple of times and it has always been exemplary in every aspect. My elderly mother was given accommodation here a week later when her flight was cancelled. She was on her own and ended up staying for two nights. She was really anxious and nervous as she had no idea when the Airline would schedule another flight and how she would get back to UK. But the staff were so friendly and supportive that they really looked after her. She checked out early not realising her rescheduled flight was later on in the day but once again the staff allowed her to go back to her room and relax until it was time to leave. I just want to thank all the staff that helped my mother throughout her ordeal and really took care of her.

Very good service by staff . Courtesy and dignity was delivered. Well maintained rooms. Bhawana, Taj and Bikramjit were very responsive and friendly to my queries.
