First of all thanks to all staff of BlackWood hotel because they are very calm and helpful in every work and good dealing with customer. They give lot of amenities like good breakfast. The cleanliness of hotel is outstanding. They provide all things in the rooms. And most important thing is it's nearby to golden temple. Last not least if you find best service and good stay I must prefer all peoples to book this hotel.

Wifi didnt get interrupted at all even though there are times that power cut happened there is always back up and wifi is functional ...also he guided towards golden temple and made me try lungar with prince where he also made my travel smooth and safe ..

Manager Nikhil picked me up personally when I had issues in previous accommodation and let me verify wifi connection in all the rooms so I can get to choose suitable room for my work and I lived here for 4days and he arranged walking safari knowing that Im solo female Traveller and guided me all landmarkspots near golden temple and heritage walk also guided me towards commercial places like barista and starbucks also helped me in my content structure

We stayed here at the end of August 2025. The hotel was perfect, incredibly clean with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and providing complimentary breakfast. We loved it so much we’ll be staying again when we come back through Amritsar on our trip.
