The apartment was very modern and had the best & quietest aircon. The shower is lovely, modern with good water flow. The bed was really comfortable. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The area is quiet as it is a short walk from the old town but we liked this. Finally the pool & bar area is nice with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Warmly welcomed and hosted by the owner and staff at the adjacent Ampavris Hotel. Location was safe, quiet and the rooms were really clean and grounds well looked after. Facilities were of a great standard. We had enough in the kitchenette to make breakfast or a light meals.

We were warmly welcomed by Pete, who was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. He provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and visit around the island, and even took care of our car hire, which was reasonably priced and conveniently delivered right to the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and ideal for the four of us, traveling with our two teenage children, with amazing views from the large balcony. We were pleasantly surprised to find fruit, water, tea, coffee, and even some local Kos wine waiting for us. The pool was lovely, and despite it being peak season, there were always plenty of loungers available. The apartments were also very quiet in the evenings, making for a truly relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was a joy to return after staying in the sister site ampavris next door back in 2012. They have managed to update and modernise while keeping 100% of the charm and beauty. And the spirit. A beautiful stay, Pete. Thank you very much!!!
