The owner is helpful and does her best to help despite not speaking much English. She's definitely welcoming when I saw her interactions with other Portuguese speaking guests and their interactions made the place feel like home. Very cozy place and clean! It's outside of Lisbon but with the transport system in Lisbon, it's not that difficult to get around. Even within this area, there are also plenty to discover and definitely less touristy. Nice beaches and more locals

A very nice hostess - Andrea, explained everything in great detail, a very friendly and pleasant woman, probably the best service I have seen in my life in a hostel. Very comfortable❤️❤️❤️
