Stepping into this hotel is like coming home. SO welcoming. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, although not large. A lovely rooftop with a great view for breakfasts, or coffee throughout the day... Customer service is second to none. The front desk guys, Adnan and Jack provided superb, top-notch customer service at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, they went over and above to ensure we were happy. Location too is great, very central.

The location is perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff are very polite and always ready to help, especially Adnan, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast on the terrace is excellent, with a beautiful city view, and the room was clean enough for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay if you value location and friendly service over comfort.

Very centrally located just across the road from the Roman theatre and within a short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful .

The hotel was in an excellent location, just a few minutes away from Amman's Roman Theatre. All the staff there, especially Yazeed, were very helpful in giving us great tips about local restaurants, foods, and in arranging taxi transfer to Jerash and Petra. Breakfast was good, with a nice view over the Roman Theatre, and the kitchen lady was also very nice. Thank you :)
