The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful, they upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony which was kind. Very good breakfast choice and useful restaurant recommendations ( we ate at Sufra which was brilliant) Location is good, walked to Rainbow Street and to the Citadel ( though Amman is very hilly so could be a challenge for some).
