Fabulous, friendly and attentive staff, who really helped us when my husband lost his phone. Fabulous breakfast buffet - the best I’ve ever seen with everything imaginable from chocolate fountain to sushi. Spacious, luxurious room.

An exceptional hotel - one of the best we have stayed in. Room was far better than we expected, very comfortable and well appointed. Special mention to all the staff we encountered who could not have been more helpful - in particular the team at Kenz restaurant and our waiter Ahmad for making the last night of our trip so memorable.

A really great hotel from the friendly welcome at the entrance, to the reception, the concierge service, the breakfast, the beautiful, extremely large room, the breathtaking view on the 20th floor and above all the friendly and courteous staff!

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with everything that you could think.

Staff are very helpful and respectful, very generous in dealing with their costumers. The place is luxury, you have all what you need. Their food is more than amazing and very delicious.

everything is perfect the staff are amazing, especially Baha’a from the concierge and Aya. They are very helpful and always gave us advise regarding restaurants and children activities Definitely will come back again
