Location was perfect, situated in downtown right opposite the Roman Theatre (great views) and within walking distance of Rainbow St, the Citadel and may other attractions. And the guy on reception who checked me in was so friendly. He was relatively new to the hotel and had only been working there for a week, but honestly could not have been more helpful (I would mention him by name...I wrote down to do that, but somehow have lost the bit of paper I wrote it on and cannot remember it now, sorry!). He provided me with lots of tips and ideas for places to visit, food to try - the perfect ambassador for the hotel and for Jordan! Rooms were clean and modern and beds were comfortable. Very much recommended

It was one of the best place i stay in Jordan,gays are so great and helpful ,Mr Ali and Muh both guys are great,they helped and guide out of they way,best location beat service in towntown Area ,my most loving place is Rainbow street

The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean, and the view is very nice of the Roman theater. The hotels personal were very kind and understanding, and very helpful.

Very clean,quiet, kind staff,I want to thank everyone there specially Christen who was travelling in a taxi , she stopped for me and took me to the hotel while I was waiting for a taxi at a busy street.
