I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right next to the famous market, just a few steps from downtown and the Roman Theatre, and within walking distance of the Citadel. The room was a very good size and kept very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They even arranged a reliable taxi driver for my trip to the Dead Sea. Hasan was excellent—he speaks English very well and made everything so much easier. If you plan to travel here and want to explore other places, I highly recommend asking for him.

It has been a very good experience. I stayed for four nights. If you are a top end guest you may not like the location but for business solo travellers like me it is the perfect choice. It is close to anywhere in the city. It is located at the very heart of the city. People are very nice , helpful and polite. Room was big and super clean. Bed was very comfortable. There is nothing to complain. Totally recommended.
