Amazing in every way, i travel a lot and work in quality management, must say, customer service was excellent, cleanliness, hospitality, atmosphere all top! the spa was of full service hair, nails, massage, Moroccan bath... etc spotless clean and luxurious like i see in 5 star hotels in Dubai! kind and professional staff, all jump to help you and make u feel welcomed from the manager to all workers 😊 I've been there for a short stay in difficult personal circumstances yet they made it a joyfull stay. definitely highly recommend, no matter what your business in Amman you will love it. 😊♥️
