I recently stayed at Ibis Amman Hotel and overall had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is well-located in a busy area of Amman, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and within reasonable distance of key attractions. It’s a practical choice for both business travelers and tourists looking for convenience and affordability. The staff were professional and welcoming. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and any requests I made during my stay were handled promptly. The room, though compact, was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day, offering a good mix of local and international options. The food was fresh, and the staff in the dining area were attentive. While the hotel covers the essentials quite well, there are a few areas where things could be improved. The rooms are on the smaller side, and may feel a bit tight for guests staying longer or carrying more luggage. Additionally, some noise from the street or neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, though it wasn’t disruptive enough to affect sleep. In terms of amenities, Ibis offers the basics, but a few extras — like in-room slippers, more toiletries, or an iron — would enhance the experience. That said, for a mid-range hotel, it meets expectations and delivers reliable service in line with the Ibis brand. Overall, Ibis Amman is a good value hotel that provides clean accommodation, friendly service, and a convenient location. I stayed in this hotel for 11-17 Feb and not even one day they cleaned washroom, for every small things I had to call. Pillow is so high, and if I would have used definitely I would have leave this country with neck pain. There was no dental kit, no shaving kit.
