It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one. That was definitely a nice upgrade. Due to the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled. As a result, I asked if it would be possible to cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and was finally able to leave the country. Instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a credit of 25 JOD to use in the hotel’s restaurant/bar. I found this to be very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture.

Great communication, great location close to rainbow street and all the sights, great decor in both room and reception. Rooftop bar was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel
