It takes great professionalism and emotional energy to welcome guests from diverse backgrounds. Omar ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in and kindly upgraded us free of charge. He was exceptionally warm and made sure we settled in perfectly from the very beginning. At the breakfast buffet, Kim took wonderful care of welcoming all guests in the dining area, including us. Despite the crowd, her smile never faded, and her positive energy truly brightened our morning. We would therefore like to thank the entire Hilton Amman team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. Happy New Year, and see you soon, Omar and Kim!
