Located in the middle of an upper class area of Amman, very convenient if you have a car. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our family booked 2 deluxe king suites and each one was huge. You can tell that it’s not a new hotel from the look of its facilities but everything was well taken care and still in great condition.

We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) in a suite, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and the hotel was easy to find. It's located in a vibrant area close to restaurants and shopping malls, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and kind. This is truly the hotel's greatest strength. I had accidentally double-booked a room, and not only did they notify me, but they also cancelled the extra booking free of charge, even though the free cancellation period had passed. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommended!
