I was kindly upgraded to Beirut 2 by the team as this was their newer hotel. I have stayed here previously and loved it so much that I came back. It is the best value for money hotel in Amman and perhaps even Jordan. I unfortunately paid more for other hotels on my trip and none of them could compare. I experienced quite a few other hotels on my trip and this would be my favourite. The room was spacious and clean with a large King bed and a large bathroom too. The staff here are amazing and were able to assist whenever I needed them, including laundry services and advice regarding restaurants etc.

Please note this is for Beirut 2 Hotel which I was moved to rather than Beirut 1. Special thanks to the kindness of staff especially Yusef and his lovely helpers in the dining room, Farida and Sam who went out of their way to make my stay good.

Fantastic hotel. We were in Beirut 1 bt got moved to 2 as there were too many flights of stairs so was difficult for my elder mother. The receptions in 1 was brilliant for facilitating this. The hosts in 2 were brilliant, Sam and I cant remember the name of the second host, but both were helpful, kind and friendly. BTW guys i got into Palestine.
