The QR codes! They offer suggestions to places you are interested (restaurants, hidden gems, activities, etc). Location is great, walkable to all the good shops and restaurant. The staff is very good at sharing all the information very clearly at the start.

I had a really great stay at Battuta Hostel. The atmosphere is relaxed and social without being overwhelming, which makes it easy to meet people if you want to, but also chill if you need some quiet time. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming—they go beyond just basic service and give solid local recommendations that actually make a difference to your trip. You can tell they care about the experience of their guests. The hostel itself is clean and well-maintained. The common areas are comfortable and nicely set up, which encourages people to hang out and connect. Beds are comfortable, and the facilities (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are kept in good condition. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—close to key spots, easy to get around, and in a neighborhood that feels safe and lively. Overall, it’s a great balance between comfort, social vibe, and value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
