Our flight arrived at 3am and the Marriott (which we chose because of the convenience of the location for us) was fully booked on the night we arrived. We booked a room for the following night and requested an early check in. When we arrived from our flight at 6am we were able to check in and given access to our room which made such a difference to us. This exceptional service was so much more meaningful than the usual 5* frills. Outstanding.
