Nice big room and a comfy bed. Friendly host who took time to chat and offer ideas for places to visit and eat out. I had issues with the WiFi and needed a good connection for work - the host very generously provided another room with a better connection for me to work in - much appreciated!

Paddy and Lisa were friendly and interesting. The room was big and comfortable, but lacked a couple of basics: water and glasses in the room (shower & loo room 4m away) and the rug was easy to trip over, the furniture a bit slip-shod: a tiny rickety 'coffee table' & the wardrobe top not fully secured. Personally, I would rather not have a chair & sofa there if they're then covered over with mis-matching throws! The view of Snowdonia was great, ditto use of the garden, and we slept very well. Good continental breakfast choice, plus egg on toast.
