Everything about this hotel was excellent but the young lady at the front desk who helped us when we had issues with the Hotel Mercure (Disgraceful behaviour by that hotel cancelling our booking made in February and confirmed 3 times), went above and beyond. We own a luxury property business in Poland and we would be extremely lucky to have her. If only!

The breakfast is continental style with enough options to keep you satisfied. The atmosphere in the bar and communal areas was good and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
