The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift in this hotel and our room was on the top floor, but it was comfortable and fine for one night. Breakfast was good and it has a place to park though the entrance is difficult to spot at night when driving along their one way street.

location amazing, few minutes walk to the main Christmas market. Extremely friendly staff, even one who helped direct us to the secure car park. Loads of information on what to do around there in the reception and they let us keep the car in the carpark for as long as we wanted which was great for city centre parking. Had a kettle and nice coffee for the morning, just a nice city centre hotel.

Handy to park the car out the back. Then walked everywhere as it was great location. Clean and comfortable, on a scale that suited the price we paid.
