Off the beaten track so in a quiet location. However despite being a well modernised, lovely old stone built property there were some noise issues recognised by the hotel who posted notices asking guests to respect their neighbours. Fortunately we experienced no major issues and there no guests wearing clogs as the beautiful wooden floors (which were ceilings too) did allow for 'noises off'. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and competent and the breakfast and dinner really excellent. Parking ok.
