Good location, just a short walk (10 mins) to the city centre. The area while not charming on its own is very well situated to both the station and the historic town. The room itself was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Bob on reception was amazing, so friendly and managed to get us booked in to our room just after 12.00. He even stopped on his way home (on his bike ) to take a picture for us of us in front of the city gate. We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly but Bob is worth a special mention! Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The omelette was cooked to order and was delicious.
