Everything about Villa Mangga beach was great. It was comfortable, peaceful and close to the beach. It was well looked after and secure. The room was spacious with a beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the hills and set in lovely gardens. It was a great base to go snorkeling from. I extended my stay twice and did not want to go anywhere else in the Amed area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made was a great manager and was helpful and interesting to talk to. I learned a lot of local knowledge from him. I would definitely stay at Mangga beach again.

Bed was comfortable, new mozzie net. Hot water reliable, fridge worked, aircon coped. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a decent size & nice temperature. Staff responsive & someone is always around. If you're going to stay here, suggest upstairs room to avoid the fishbowl of the ground floor rooms.
