Great view. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Good pool. Drinking water in the room. Clean. Very close to great snorkeling. Close to restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Amazing location overlooking Lipah Beach.. lovely infinity pool and traditional gardens with stone statues. Villa was clean, comfy bed with large water dispenser. Breakfast was simple but tasty with a stunning view. Staff were helpful and friendly.. special thanks to Wayans for providing our transportation and helpful information

Lovely room with a fantastic view and great breakfast every morning. As others have said, it’s in a quiet area, not in the town, but there are warungs and beach bar/restaurants and snorkeling nearby
